Crafted for a balanced and refined cup, these Peruvian beans from the Chanchamayo Valley offer layered notes of dark chocolate, brown spice, and cane sugar. We roast them light-medium to preserve their natural sweetness and clarity, resulting in a smooth, medium-bodied coffee with medium acidity and a clean, structured finish. This washed process coffee delivers both brightness and depth in every brew.

Grown by small family farms in the Central Highlands of Chanchamayo in Peru’s Junín region at elevations between 1,500 and 2,400 meters, these beans thrive in the cool mountain climate and rich soil of the Andes. Many of these farms embrace the Andean tradition of Minca, a spirit of shared work and community that strengthens both farms and families.

This coffee performs beautifully as drip or pour-over, where its balance of sweetness, spice, and gentle acidity can fully shine, while still holding up well across other brewing methods. 100% of proceeds from this coffee are donated to Compassion International, so every cup supports children and families around the world.
