This is our first-ever farm-to-cup coffee, grown at Supata Vereda Imparal in Cundinarca, Colombia by Juan Gonzalez. This microlot comes to us through our good friend and fellow Navy veteran Dan Gonzalez, owner of alchemyharvestcoffee in Seattle—whose family owns the farm!

This is a Yellow Bourbon varietal, naturally processed and grown at 1,670 MASL. It features:
• Aroma: Red berries, coffee pulp, blueberries
• Taste: Coffee pulp, wine, chocolate
• Acidity: Medium-low, fruity
• Body: Smooth and balanced

We roast this bean as a medium roast!
