This is our second farm-to-cup coffee, grown at in Cundinarca, Colombia by Miguel Barreto. This microlot comes to us through our good friend and fellow Navy veteran Dan Gonzalez, owner of alchemyharvestcoffee in Seattle.
This is a Castillo varietal, wet processed (lactic fermentation) and grown at 1480MASL. It features:
Aroma: Walnuts and Fresh Fruit
Taste: Caramel & Almonds
Acidity: medium
Body: Creamy and medium body
We roast this bean as a light-medium roast!
