A specialty-grade, single-origin coffee from the community of La Estrechura, just outside San Juan del Río Coco in the province of Madriz, Nicaragua. Local farmers grow Catimor and Parainema varieties alongside bananas, avocados, and citrus trees, enriching both the soil and the flavor of each bean.

This small but resilient community has been cultivating coffee since the 1940s, rooted in faith, family, and diversified agriculture. Their commitment to sustainable farming continues to support local livelihoods and preserve the land for generations to come.

We’re roasting this one to a medium profile, with smooth notes of chocolate and baking spices. A coffee grounded in heritage, harmony, and heart.
